Graham joined the Foundation in 2009 and is responsible for its day to day operational management with primary responsibility for strategy and donor development. With a brief to grow the Foundation’s endowment, Graham has overseen a significant increase in both endowed and flow through funds whilst increasing the numbers of grants given to support community needs.

Claire joined the Foundation in 2017. Working with Graham she is responsible for ensuring our  donors’ philanthropic interests are being met as well as continuing to grow awareness of how the Foundation can help individuals and businesses make a difference in Norfolk.

Helen joined the Foundation in 2011 as Grants Administrator. Her role now consists of organising the Marketing and Communications and working alongside Claire Cullens to oversee the running of our collective giving schemes. In 2016 she also took on the role of planning and delivering the Foundation’s events.

Olive is currently the longest serving member of staff, joining the Foundation in March 2007 as the Finance and Office Administrator. Initially Olive worked in a small office with two colleagues before the very welcome move to Jarrolds Mill in late 2007. Olive has witnessed the exciting growth and diversity of the Foundation over the years.  As Finance Manager she manages all of the Foundation donations and funds and liaises with four Investment Managers and several banks. She concentrates on the management side of the finances and produces the year end accounts.

Joanne joined the Foundation in September 2015, with experience in both accounting and the charity sector.  Working closely with Olive by  providing support on many aspects of the accounts, currently focusing on bank reconciliations, fund management and year-end adjustments.

Jenny Bevan, Grants Manager

Jenny joined the Foundation in 2009 as a Grants Officer and was appointed as Grants Manager in 2012.  She has worked in a number of funding and development roles in the third and public sectors, and brings a wealth of experience of grant management.  As well as helping to deliver the wide range of funds and opportunities the Foundation offers, Jenny also leads the grants team’s work to develop and improve grant administration and funding policy.

Clive has been with the Foundation since 2008 and currently works part-time. He has been involved in grant making since 1999 and in that time has worked for the New Opportunities Fund, the Big Lottery Fund and BBC Children in Need.

Jo has extensive knowledge of the sector which she brings to the role of grants officer, including experience of supporting smaller voluntary and community groups.  Jo is always willing to discuss potential grants applications and attends funding workshops and events across Norfolk to promote the work of Norfolk Community Foundation and its grants programmes.

Stefanie joined the Foundation in November 2016 as a Grants Officer. Previously she has worked for local charities in areas of fundraising, marketing and events. She works as part of the Grants team to support voluntary and community groups to apply for funding.

Clare Lillywhite, Office & Grants Administrator

Clare joined the Foundation in 2016 after finishing university. Her role entails providing administrative support to the whole team and helping to ensure the smooth running of the Foundation. More recently she took on the responsibility of logging grant applications received and offering general support to applicants. Clare also carries out monitoring of funded projects, ensuring that all funding is used in accordance with the terms of the grant.
