Norfolk Community Foundation offers a small number of Funds that have been set up to make a difference by helping individuals to improve their skills, opportunities and quality of life. Currently these Funds are particularly targeted towards young people, unpaid family carers, and people facing a particular challenge or disadvantage.

In most cases your application will need to be supported by a professional person or a parent/ guardian.  Please carefully read the guidance for the Fund you would like to apply to, to ensure we have an opportunity that can help.  If you need any further advice, please contact the Grants Team.
