Victory Homes Community Fund

The Victory Homes Community Fund is open to charities, voluntary and community groups, parish and town councils and other not-for-profit organisations, working in the Victory Homes area, predominately North Norfolk and Breckland (Dereham/Swaffham/Watton). A map is available (below) with numbers of Victory homes by parish.

The 2022 funding round will prioritise applications from organisations already working in the Victory footprint that support Victory’s priorities, including:

  • Helping tenants sustain tenancies
  • Poverty/cost of living
  • Mental health and wellbeing
  • Overcoming rural challenges and reaching out to rural communities
  • Tackling digital exclusion

This funding round will have around £35,000 available to award. The maximum grant is £5,000.

Your application must demonstrate clearly how it will benefit Victory tenants, their families and the communities in which they live. Please refer to the link below for a map showing where Victory Homes currently has properties.

Applicants must meet NCF general eligibility criteria.

Schools are not eligible to apply.
