Larking Gowen are a major regional independent firm. First established in East Anglia over 130 years ago, they now employ around 350 staff. Their specialist Not-for-Profit team is based across both Norwich and Ipswich, numbering around 30 staff. Meet your hosts…

Giles Kerkham heads the Larking Gowen Not for Profit team covering charities, academies and other non-profits. He has specialised in the not for profit sector for all his professional career. His work includes leading on external audit, independent examination, internal audit, governance advice/training and charity formations.

Steph Holbrough has been at Larking Gowen since 2016, following 12 years with a local accountancy firm. Her clients include a wide range of Not-for-profit and education organisations including our larger and more complex academy trusts and charities. She has particular experience in advising charities on structures and governance.
