Norfolk Community Foundation is dedicated to building stronger communities and improving the lives of people in Norfolk.

After a uniquely challenging year, this work is more vital than ever. 

We are looking to appoint a full-time Grants Officer to join our busy Grants team, who work directly with our local charities and voluntary organisations to connect them to the funding and support they need. You will provide primary contact and advice to applicant organisations, evaluating their suitability for support and recommending them to members of our community of donors, based on the Foundation’s extensive knowledge of local need. You will help to capture the impact of our work to inspire others to donate, and make a difference to lives in Norfolk.

The successful candidate will have the ability to assess and interpret complex data and communicate clearly through excellent written and verbal skills, often to tight deadlines. You will be able to establish good relationships, rapport and credibility with a wide range of people. Excellent IT and team working skills are essential.
