Norfolk Community Foundation is dedicated to building stronger communities and improving the lives of people in Norfolk. We achieve this by helping local voluntary groups and charities to provide essential care, support and opportunity for people facing disadvantage.

We are looking to appoint a full-time Grants Officer to join our busy Grants team, who work directly with these organisations to connect them to the funding and support they need. You will provide primary contact and advice to applicant organisations, evaluating their suitability for support and recommending them to funders, based on the Foundation’s extensive knowledge of local need. You will help to capture the impact of the charity’s work to inspire others to donate and make a difference to Norfolk.

The successful candidate will have the ability to assess and interpret complex data and communicate clearly through excellent written and verbal skills, often to tight deadlines. You will be able to establish good relationships, rapport and credibility with a wide range of people. Excellent IT and team working skills are essential.
