Skills and Employability

The current economic climate presents challenges for young people leaving education and seeking employment, which can be further compounded by rural isolation and limited local opportunities. These issues can be more acutely felt by those with limited qualifications or other circumstances that make finding training and employment particularly tough.

Norfolk Community Foundation has supported a wide range of projects that aim to connect people of all ages to learning opportunities – whether their goal is to find work, gain a qualification or just enjoy learning something new.
