After a comprehensive tender process, Barclays Private Bank has been appointed to manage Norfolk Community Foundation’s investments. Endowed funds will be invested on the advice of Norfolk Community Foundation’s investment advisers and managers. Their value will be tracked to provide quarterly income for distribution. Norfolk Community Foundation is seeking the Charity Commission’s approval to operate a ‘total returns’ policy, which will allow some market growth to be taken as income. |
